PUBLIC NOTICE
The University had deferred the scheduled Admission Tests for the Session 2020-21 on account of COVID-19 pandemic leading to NATIONAL LOCKDOWN under National Disaster Act ordered by the Government of India.
In light of “UGC Guidelines on Examinations and Academic Calendar for the Universities in View of COVID-19 Pandemic and Subsequent Lockdown” and subsequent Office Memo No. COE/021 dated 07.05.2020 the University intends to conduct the Admission Tests in the month of July/ August, 2020 as per evolving situation.
On demand from various aspirants requesting a change in their Test Centre choice, the University has decided to offer one-time Online facility to change the Choice of Test Centre cities for the following Admission Tests:
(i) B.A. (Hons.)
(ii) B.Sc. (Hons.)
(iii) B.Com. (Hons.)
(iv) Class XI (Science Stream) / Diploma in Engg.
(v) Class XI (Humanities/Commerce Stream)
(vi) B.Tech.
(vii) M.B.A./M.B.A.(I.B.)/M.B.A.(I.B.F.)
(viii) B.A.LL.B.
(ix) B.Ed.
The Online facility shall be available on the website www.amucontrollerexams.com to the aspirants from 23rd May 2020 to 03rd June 2020. No request for change of Test Centre city other than the Online facility shall be admissible.
The aspirants are required to login their account already created while applying and make necessary corrections if required. The aspirants who are planning to appear in more than one Test are advised to choose the Test Centre city for the Test(s) with extreme diligence and planning as no further request for a change in Test Centre city will be permissible.
The University will make all efforts to allot Test Centre city to the aspirants as per their choice now opted by them subject to availability of capacity in the opted city. However due to administrative reasons, a different Test Centre city may be allotted to the aspirants and the decision of the University shall be final and binding.
